The BigWoods has first class facilities for small to large groups and can accommodate events from two hours to multiple days in length.

Workshops, training, meetings, retreats, customer reward programs, reunions and team building activities are some of the types of events easily handled here in the privacy and seclusion of the BigWoods on the Trinity.

Corporate hunting rates are available for hog hunting and, in season, deer and duck hunting.  Fishing in our lakes is possible year round.  Also, year round activities include 5 stand sporting clay course, rifle range, cornhole boards, billiards, shuffleboard, and hiking.

The BigWoods has a new gazebo and fire pit which make an excellent evening activity for team building, marshmallow roasting, and listening to tall tales around the campfire.

Our dining hall is located inside the Lodge where our professional chefs prepare some of the best meals to be eaten.  Steak, prime rib, barbecue, pasta, scratch made breads, pies, and pastries are some of the everyday staples offered at The BigWoods.  No one leaves here hungry.  Special dietary needs can be met by request when booking your stay.

RATES:

Up to 4 hour event:      $750.00

Up to 8 hour event:  $1,200.00

​

There is a $200 cleaning fee for each event, and 20% gratuity for meals.

Longer than 8 hours and/or multiple day events can be arranged.
